Happy New Year!

I hope your year has been fantastic, and I wish you a prosperous 2025.

2024 has been a wonderful year, though it came with its challenges. One struggle I faced was sharing my work with others. It’s scary to put yourself out there and risk being judged. Even sharing with friends and family can feel intimidating.

This year, I plan to be more open about sharing my work and connecting with more readers. I’ve realized I can’t achieve my goals or take my writing to the next level without taking that leap. A quote that resonates with me is:

"Being perceived is scary, but it leads to our blessings."

Looking Back: Highlights from 2024
  • I wrote my second children’s book, which will be coming out soon—I can’t wait to share more details!

  • I made significant progress on a short story that I hope to finish this year.

  • I plan to complete the second book in my Zinnia’s Adventure series, titled Zinnia and the Song of Friendship.

  • On the reading front, I finished four books (a lot for me!), and I’m aiming for six in 2025.

Looking Ahead: Goals for 2025
  • Share more of my writing with others, even when it feels scary.

  • Connect with more readers and fellow writers.

  • Read at least six books and continue improving my craft.

How was your year? I’d love to hear about your highlights and goals for 2025—share them in the comments!

Here’s to a new year filled with creativity, connection, and courage. Let’s make this year amazing together!
